Packed very well and arrived on expected time. Still uninstalled. Seller is very responsive and assured me that they will replace damaged units upon later installation as long as their authorized installer does installation. I hope these last long as the same model I bought 10 years ago

i chose this particular product because my brother uses the exact same one and it works very very! now i can take a bath everyday instead of "only when i have to" 🤣 this product and the Seller are very highly recommended. thank you Seller
Overall experience is good. the outlook is small too. for the heating element to come to heat also quite fast.
